Terms & Conditions

1. Experienced service engineer will attend the engine at the above cited address for carrying out preventive maintenance of engine in a planned manner and to check the work done by your real operation and maintenance staff between two visits of service engineer.

2. Necessary spares/repair component required for attending preventive maintenance jobs during the course of service contract will be supplied / arranged by us at extra cost.

3. Jobs like overhauling and a major repair of engine is beyond preview of this annual service contract & such jobs can be undertaken on extra cost as the may be.

4. Regular day-to-day preventive maintenance as specified by the engine manufacture’s operation and maintenance manual is to be carried from your maintenance staff. such jobs can be undertaken on extra cost as the may be.

5. In an event of change of ownership or shipment of engine / equipment outside of our operation, subject annual service contract can be discontinued mutual understand, with prior intimation form either side.

6. Necessary hand tools, semi-skilled person required to complete the regular preventive job during the course of annual service contract is to be provided from your end on prior intimation.

7. You will inform us if nay abnormalities observed by your operation and maintenance staff to set right the problems if any.

8. Service offered by us will be as per the engine manufactures standard service instructions / practiced mentioned in operation maintenance manual.

9. In the event of down time of engine under preventive maintenance job during the course of annual service contract we shall not be responsible for any kind of production losses or any progressive losses if any.

10. You shall pay us amount Rs. 6000/+GST.......+ Extra For 4 Visits per year for 01 DG Set by DD in the Name of M/s. ABHI ELECTRICALS payable at Aurangabad. After 4 Visits if required it should be extra charges 1500 Rs plus GST, service due to discharge battery and air lock problem required extra charges of visit.

11. We also provided services on Alternator/ AMF panel at extra cost which is to be mutually decided.

12. Subject to Aurangabad Jurisdiction.

13. We agree to above stated terms and conditions of the annual service contract.
