Cancellation & Refund Policy

At AYD Paid Media, we aim to provide the best service and satisfaction to our clients. We understand that situations may change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund.

1. Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation:

• Before Service Commencement: Full refund of any advance payments made.
• After Service Commencement: Payment will be due for the work already completed; remaining balance will be refunded.

Website Hosting & Maintenance:

• Cancel anytime, but no refunds for already paid hosting or maintenance periods. Third-Party Services.
• Subject to the policies of respective providers (e.g., domains, paid ads).

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility

• Non-Delivery of Service: Full refund for the undelivered service.
• Dissatisfaction: We will try revisions first; if unresolved, partial/full refund based on completed work. Non-Refundable Items:
• Completed services (e.g., finished websites, concluded campaigns).
• Third-party expenses already paid on behalf of the client.

3. Refund Process:

• Email request to sales@aydpm.in with reasons and supporting details.
• Processing time: 7–10 business days. Refund via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
